L'année 2013 a été reconnue "L'année de l'Europe des citoyens" par la Commission européenne.
A cette occasion, le CEREPPOL organise à partir du 6 mai 2013 un appel à communication ouvert aux doctorant-chercheurs, aux docteurs et chercheurs inscrits dans une Université européenne dans les filières droit, science politique, sociologie, histoire, ainsi qu'aux étudiants inscrits en M2 journalisme, sociologie, histoire contemporaine.
Exceptionnellement, ce premier appel à communication est ouvert aux étudiants US et Canadiens dans les mêmes conditions de participation.

2013 has been recognized as "The Year of the European Citizens" by the European Commission.
On this occasion, the CEREPPOL is organizing from May 6 until the end of August 2013 a "call for papers" open to doctoral researchers, doctors and researchers enrolled in a European university (law, political science, sociology, history students, as well as students enrolled in M2 journalism, sociology, contemporary history).
Exceptionally, the first call for papers is open to U.S. and Canadian students in the same conditions of participation.
